På tal om böcker som är bra på realistiska beskrivningar av yrken så tyckte jag att Six de los Reyes romance med en naturvetar-hjältinna var riktigt bra.
To not try would be an affront to my chosen profession. The worst that could happen is rejection and heartbreak, and frankly we deal with that everyday already.
Jag har visserligen aldrig varit doktorand i molekylär genetik på ett filippinskt universitet men HEJ, vissa saker är universella. Kärlek och kemi och naturvetare t.ex.

Jag gillar också hur Kaya är liksom på riktigt socially awkward och inte bara sådär sött och charmigt, ni vet?
In the past, I have been told repeatedly to be more in touch with my feelings, as if I were an anomaly and there were something at fault with me. But having conducted The Boyfriend Experiment, I could now say that I have been there and I have done that. I have the evidence to prove it.

I have 5 books... ok, 6, I got one more from the library (seriously, just keep on bringing them on)... to read. And here you are. But I asked for it, coming here, didn't I? ;)
Oh yes! Well, my To Read shelf on Goodreads just passed 600 so... this is what happens when you read book blogs regularly I guess :D
Exactly! I think this is why I don't read that many, which is a pitty most of them sound like fun. But I am afraid of...books! :D Ok, no, I am just afraid that life is too short to read all the cool books in the world. And they are keep on coming! O_o
That's why I like Goodreads - yeah I'm never gonna be able to read them all but at least I have them IN A LIST ;)
